"From Past to Present" this week at the Tulsa Republican Club

Please join us this Friday, September 17th, for our monthly TRC Meeting. Our program is "From Past to Present" with former State GOP Chairman Gary Jones and current State GOP Chairman Matt Pinnell. Gary is our Republican nominee for State Auditor and will be discussing that race and his time as State GOP Chairman. Matt Pinnell will then fill us in on the State Party's plan for victory this November.

In celebration of Constitution Day on Friday, we will have complimentary copies of the U.S. Constitution available at our meeting, made available by the office of Congressman John Sullivan.

August Meeting Notice

Coming THIS FRIDAY, Aug. 20 the Tulsa Republican Club will host a great program.

We will be joined by Congressman John Sullivan and Congresswoman Mary Fallin. They will be discussing several important topics: outlook on the 2010 elections, accomplishments from the GOP in 2010 and what we can expect from Republican leaders in Washington in the coming months.

Congresswoman Fallin will also discuss her campaign for Governor.

We are also honored to be joined by Joe Kelley, host of the KRMG Morning News as the moderator for this event.

And lastly (but certainly not least) Michael Carnuccio, President of the OCPA in OKC will present information on their annual Liberty Gala which will feature SARAH PALIN in Tulsa on September 15th. You can find more information now, here: http://www.ocpathink.org

This is not your typical club meeting and certainly will be something worth attending!

THIS FRIDAY we will be hosting several of our GOP candidates for a great forum.

We will be featuring:
  • Ryan Leonard, candidate for Attorney General
  • Scott Pruitt, candidate for Attorney General
  • Michael Masters, candidate for Tulsa County Commission, Dist 3
  • Fred Perry, candidate for Tulsa County Commission, Dist 3 (incumbent)
  • Drew Rees, candidate for Tulsa County Commission, Dist 3
  • Janet Baressi, candidate for Oklahoma school superintendent
  • Dana Murphy, candidate for Oklahoma Corporation Commission (incumbent)
  • plus one or two other special candidates!
Like we said, this is going to be a very unique format, each candidate will rotate through the luncheon tables, introducing themselves, speaking on their platforms and visiting with each of you, one on one.

This is not your typical club meeting and certainly will be something worth attending!

June Meeting Notice

This FRIDAY, Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor candidates State Sen. Todd Lamb & State Rep. John Wright will address the Tulsa Republican Club to discuss their race and their individual visions for the state of Oklahoma. These are two of the most respected and well thought-of politicians in Oklahoma.

This is one of the first opportunities to hear these candidates in person and in Tulsa, you certainly don't want to miss this program.

April Meeting Notice

Next Friday, April 16th, the Tulsa Republican Club will welcome Oklahoma Speaker of the House Chris Benge. Also, we will be announcing the Republican of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. You won't want to miss this program!

Postscript: Speaker Benge was awarded our Republican of the Year Award and Roger Scott of Jenks was honored as our Volunteer of the Year. We thank both of these great Republicans to their service and dedication to the Tulsa GOP.
